It has been a sad week with the news that the lovely and brilliant Vicky Teinaki has passed away. Vicky was a passionate, talented and endlessly generous designer in public service who contributed a huge amount to this community. She will be missed. Imran wrote a lovely tribute. As did Martin and there is an online memorial.
